Pricing plans

Reseller responsibilities

As a reseller, you will be responsible for providing all necessary services to your customers, including but not limited to: (a) Customer support, (b) Customer success management, (c) Onboarding and training, and (d) Ongoing technical assistance.

Product features in development

Certain features of GetReplies are still in development, including but not limited to (a)  Prospect Copilot, (b) Mailbox Verification, (c) Mailbox Warmup, (d) User Management, (e) Manager Mapping, (f) Enterprise SSO, (g) Enterprise Notifications, (h) Advanced Reports, (i) Custom Reports, and (j) All support excluding in-product support via Intercom.

Resellers must manage customer expectations regarding these features and acknowledge that LIFEX Technologies India Private Limited is not liable for the non-availability of these features at the time of sale. These features will be released in a timely manner based on the product roadmap. Customers will get access to these features, based on their plan.

If a reseller maintains at least 25 active customers for GetReplies, they will be classified as a preferred reseller/partner in their region. Benefit of this status is an active recommendation by the company to customers seeking large deals or reseller engagement.
